C'est un bain dont la vapeur est generee par un feu de bois et une eau aux herbes aromatiques. Le bain a lieu dans construction naturelle faite de terre et en forme de coupole censee representer le ventre de la Mere Terre. Une fois dedans il n'y aucune lumiere qui eclaire le lieu, dans lequel nous lavons les parties obsures de notre esprit afin de le liberer a nouveau, et lui permettre d´etre en contact avec les 4 elements: la terre, le feu, l'eau et l'air. Ainsi nous ouvrons les 4 portes de notre personnalite qui guerrisent notre coprs physique, mental, emotionnel et spirituel.
It is a steam bath in which the steam is generated by fire and water mixed aromatic herbs. The bath is happening in a natural construction made of mud, taking the shape of a dome to represent the belly of the Mother Nature. Once in there, in pure darkness, we are cleaning the obscure parts of our spirit to leave it free and put it back in touch with the four elements : earth, fire, water, air. This way, we open the 4 doors of our being and heal our physical body, mental, emotional and spiritual.
